A Ceilidh - a traditional Scottish evening of music and dance

A ceilidh (pronounced kay-lee) is a traditional Scottish party where people come together for traditional Scottish country dancing, usually also with food and drink, maybe a few Scottish songs, and have a good time. You don't have to be a good dancer, it's more important to just take part.

There are many ceilidhs organised all over Scotland all year round and many will even help teach you the dances.

They teach you in a good way and make the lessons fun, not boring.  The people at Reception are really nice too and the classrooms and facilities are all quite new.
