The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) is an internationally recognised English language examination designed to test the everyday English skills of people who use English in their workplace and in an international environment. If you work in an international company it is increasingly likely that your employer will use TOEIC to make decisions about recruiting and promotion as well as suitability for overseas job opportunites.
TOEIC is also used by many learning providers to determine the readiness of students to participate in technical training conduced in English.
There are two separate TOEIC tests;
The Listening and Reading test allows you to prove your English proficiency in the global job market. For more information please look at this link.
Successfully completing the Speaking and Writing test allows you to provide independent verification of your verbal and written English language skills, which are of increasing importance in today's competitive global job market. For more information please look at this link.
This course prepares students for successfully sitting either or both of the TOEIC tests described above. We look in detail at what topics the tests cover so that you will know what to expect on test day and be ready to take the test.
