The Management Team

The Management Team at Glasgow School of English are dedicated to making your time in Glasgow as enjoyable and productive as possible. The management team consists of the President and the Director of Studies, who are both highly experienced in the education sector.

The School President

Andrew Lennox, the School President, has more than 30 years experience within the education sector in Scotland. Prior to establishing Glasgow School of English, Andrew was the Vice Principal of one of Glasgow’s leading colleges. Andrew is dedicated to providing a personal and friendly service to every student attending Glasgow School of English. He is available to all students to provide guidance and support when required.

Director of Studies

Tony Watt joined as Director of Studies in 2006. He is responsible for the general day-to-day management of the school, both academic and administrative. He spent six years working in Japan where he worked as a business skills trainer for leading manufacturers and financial institutions. He has also taught English for Academic Purposes at a university in the UK. His qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Physics, Cambridge DELTA, and MA in English Language Teaching (pending).
