Young Learner Summer Programme
Enjoy a uniquely Scottish experience!
The Young Learner Summer Programme is based in a modern university campus in Stirling, 1 hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh. The course combines quality English language tuition, full board accommodation, afternoon and evening activities, 24 hour supervision, and trips to cultural, historic and scenic sites.
Course Details
The course is offered in July and August every year. Contact the school directly for start dates and bookings outside this period. Minimum booking is 2 weeks; maximum booking is 4 weeks. One week is from Sunday to Sunday.
Requirements
The course is for groups only. All groups must be accompanied by English speaking adult Group Leader. Students must be a minimum age of 11 years old and a maximum age of 17 years old.

Core Programme Content
- 15 hours English language tuition per week
- Modern teaching facilities & computer lab
- All teaching materials included
- Transportation to/from Edinburgh International, Glasgow International or Glasgow Prestwick airports
- Full-board accommodation in safe, modern residence
- FREE full board accommodation for Group Leader for every 15 students
- One full-day sightseeing every Saturday - enjoy the sights and culture of Edinburgh, Glasgow or St Andrews
- Two afternoon sightseeing trips per week - visit Stirling castle, Wallace Monument, etc.
- Full programme of afternoon and evening activities - kayaking, golf, hiking, football, tennis, swimming, pool, table tennis, etc.
- PC and internet access
- Completion certificate
- Additional full-day sightseeing trip on Sunday
- Trinity testing
- Other requirements as per needs of group
